I stayed at Genohotel for 9 nights with my small baby and it was a great experience. The room was spacious, perfect for my 1.5 years old to play around. The staff at the reception was very helpful and quickly organized a kettle and fridge for us to store our baby stuff. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, including delicious egg dishes made to order. The room was very comfortable with good beds and it was spotlessly clean. The staff, especially the front desk, were all very kind and spoke fluent English. I will definitely stay at Genohotel again when I visit my family in town.

The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are clean and comfortable. The rooms, especially those on the ground floor, have their own beautiful big balconies fringed by trees. Additionally, the hotel is situated away from the road, ensuring a peaceful stay.
